I signed up for a member event to meet Santa at the museum months ago but my registration fell out for some reason and they wouldn't let us in even with my confirmation email. What a huge disappointment after dressing all up and waiting in the check-in line but we still had fun at the museum. We will see Santa somewhere again. 😭🙄🎅
